Prague – Charles Bridge at Sunrise

November 15th, 2007  |  Published in Landscape & Travel, Photos

I visited the Czech Capital of Prague in 2007 to shoot a photo fashion editorial and to photograph some of the well known Gothic landscape, Charles Bridge was my main focus point, I wanted to try and photograph the bridge at Sunrise when it was at its most sereine. This would involve an early start to the day, getting up at 4am and trekking down to the location with my gear in tow , a manfrotto travel tripod, Nikon D80 Digital SLR and a warm jacket, hat and scarf as it was November and very cold indeed. I was not alone with this thought in mind , there were a few other photographers out and about that morning and these are the solitary figures you can see in my images below.

First Focus Photography

My interest in photography as an art form started with my first plastic camera and a trip to the beach.

Since then, I've studied fine art and photography and now I have the privilege of working in the field full-time.

I'm passionate about portraiture and I'm keen to make your event or wedding shoot unique.

I'm based in Ireland and I'm happy to travel as necessary. I know a good deal about camera hardware and I'm always adding to my studio set-up.

Leave me a 'comment' or contact me if you need any advice.

My name's Rick; I'm a photographer.
